Our intent is to provide you with a simple and easy way to get an approximate financial calculation for your custom kitchen and or bathroom transformation project. That way, you’ll have a good idea of how much money you will need for your project before you even start the initial planning phase. Our new custom cost calculators break it down in a way that allows you to choose the quality of your remodeling project.
For example, you can click on Basic Remodel, Average Remodel or High End Remodel. Our Basic Remodel option for a bathroom includes a fresh coat of paint on the walls, trim and ceilings. It also includes new stock cabinets, new laminate countertops, and luxury vinyl flooring. You will also receive basic electrical and plumbing work including updates with new plumbing fixtures and recessed LED lighting.
Our Average Remodel option for a bathroom also includes a fresh coat of paint on the walls, trim and ceilings. However, instead of stock cabinets, you’ll receive new semi-custom cabinets with crown molding, and new solid surface countertops with an under mount sink. You’ll also be upgraded with new tile floors, deluxe electrical and plumbing updates including new plumbing fixtures, recessed LED Lighting, and either a curb-less shower entry or rainfall shower head.
Last but certainly not least, our High End Remodel option for a bathroom includes a fresh new coat of paint on the walls, ceiling, and trim. It also includes a new semi custom cabinet with new granite countertops and an under mount sink. You will also receive a new tile floor with a tile warming system, deluxe electrical and plumbing upgrades including new plumbing fixtures and recessed LED lighting. Our High End bathroom option also includes a curb-less shower entry, and a shower control with rainfall shower head and multiple body sprayers.
You can add features as well such as custom cabinets, lighting packages designed by a professional lighting expert, deluxe trim and steam showers to name a few.
Please keep in mind that on average, your new bathroom transformation investment will be approximately between 5-10 percent of your home’s value. If you own a $500,000 house, you should plan on budgeting anywhere from $25,000 to $50,000.
On the other hand, a new kitchen transformation investment will be approximately between 7-15 percent of your home’s value. Using the same $500,000 house value example, you should plan on budgeting anywhere from $35,000 to $75,000.
