Step 1: Contact Us
Please Fill out our form with as much detail as possible. If you can include a few pictures of the space or spaces that you would like to have us remodel that will help a lot. If you have an idea of the dimensions that you need or want, please include that as well. Once we receive and review your information, we will email you a calendar link so that you can schedule an initial phone call with us.
Step 2: The Initial Phone Call
The initial phone call is an important part of the process because we will discuss exactly what you want and why you want to do it. In essence, it will provide us with a general understanding of the project or projects that you have in mind. During the initial phone call we will discuss both the timeline for your project and the budget. In most cases, we’re able to provide you with an estimate during the call. That way, you’ll have a good idea of how long the project will take and approximately how much it will cost. If everything feels right, the next step is to schedule an in-home consultation.
Step 3: The In-Home Consultation
At this point, the ball really starts rolling. When we meet in person at your home, it provides you with a great opportunity to further explain your design ideas, your needs, and your wants from a project stand point. We listen and provide you with ideas that will make your project even better from a design and cost effective perspective.
Step 4: The Design Agreement
The next step is to have all parties sign a design agreement so that we can get started on design aspects of your project. We will then provide you with a floor plan, and 3D rendering for your approval prior to the construction phase.
Step 5: The Construction Process
Once you have approved the floor plan and 3D rendering, the construction process begins. This is most the exciting part because you get to see your project start to come to life. It’s also exciting for us because we get to work on bringing your dreams to reality. We will take every effort to make the construction phase as easy and stress free for you and your family as possible. That includes providing you with construction schedules and updating those schedules so you will know exactly what to expect and when to expert it. Communication is key.
Step 6: Enjoy Your New Space
Once construction is finished you can start enjoying your new space. The best part is that the finished product will be just as you had envisioned it based on the floor plan and 3D drawings that we provided you with before construction began. In essence, it’s time to start making memories and showing your new space off to your family, friends, and neighbors. After all, we’re going to!! :-)
