Waterford Project Update: Entry Trim, Bathroom Touch-Ups & Closet Casing
This week at the Waterford project, our focus shifted to detailed finish work bringing precision, polish, and those all-important final touches to key areas throughout the home.
We started by installing jamb extensions and trim on the entryway. This step not only enhances the overall appearance of the entry but also ensures a clean, seamless transition between interior walls and door frames. Properly installed jamb extensions provide depth and support for the trim, helping to achieve that custom, high-end look we strive for in every space.
In the bathroom, we gave attention to the cabinetry by installing toe skin along the base. This finishing piece covers the exposed toe kick, tying the lower section of the cabinets together and giving it a more refined, furniture-like appearance. We also completed touch-ups on the bathroom cabinets, carefully inspecting and perfecting every surface to ensure they look flawless and function as intended.
Lastly, we turned our attention to the bathroom closet opening, where we installed casing to define the space and bring a clean, finished edge to the transition. Trim work like this may seem simple, but it plays a major role in giving each area a polished and cohesive look.
As we continue through the finishing phase of the Waterford project, it’s these fine details that pull everything together and truly transform the space. More updates to come soon as we near completion!
