Waterford Project Update: Trim & Paint Prep Underway
At the Waterford project, we’ve moved into a key stage of the finishing process—prep and paint. This step may seem simple, but it’s one of the most important parts of achieving a professional, long-lasting finish.
We began by prepping the trims and walls, carefully cleaning, sanding, and caulking where needed to create smooth, even surfaces. Proper prep work is what makes the difference between a good paint job and a great one it helps the paint adhere correctly and gives everything a clean, refined look.
Once prep was complete, we applied the first coat of paint on all the trims. This initial coat lays the foundation for a crisp, consistent finish that will bring out the detail and character of the woodwork.
Every stroke is a step closer to completion—stay tuned for more updates as we continue the transformation at Waterford!
