Waterford Project Update: Final Interior Door Installations Completed

This week at the Waterford project, we focused on wrapping up the final stages of door installation an important milestone that adds both functionality and polish to the interior spaces.

We began by installing the second of three doors. Each interior door is custom-fit and carefully installed to ensure proper alignment, clean movement, and a seamless fit within the opening. With door 2/3 in place, we followed up with the installation of the trim, bringing definition and structure to the door frame. Trim not only adds a finished appearance but also helps visually anchor the door within the room. Once the trim was complete, we installed the hardware, ensuring the door operated smoothly and securely. From hinges to handles, every element was carefully fitted to meet both aesthetic and functional goals.

After finishing the second door, we moved directly into the installation of door 3/3, the final interior door in this phase. This door was set with the same level of precision, with careful attention given to squaring the frame and leveling the door to avoid future shifting or sticking. Once in place, we once again added the full trim package and completed the hardware installation, bringing the final piece of this trio to a professional finish.

With all three interior doors now fully installed—each complete with its own trim and hardware the space is really coming together. These elements not only add privacy and usability, but they also serve as architectural details that enhance the overall feel of the home.

We’re excited to have this phase buttoned up and look forward to moving into the next round of work here at Waterford. Stay tuned for more updates as the transformation continues!
